FRESCI is operated by SCIENCE & STRATEGY SL. For questions about your personal data or to make a privacy request, email info@fre-sci.com.

Project enquiries

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, organisation, chosen service and project description. Your role, deadline and budget or purchasing route are optional. FRESCI uses these details to assess and respond to your request. When you select “Send my enquiry”, the details are transmitted to Wix Forms and stored in FRESCI’s Wix site.

You can contact FRESCI by email instead. Avoid sending sensitive personal data or confidential documents in the initial enquiry.

Website hosting and sessions

The website is hosted by Wix. Wix and its infrastructure providers process technical information to deliver and protect the site. The enquiry form uses an anonymous visitor session held in browser storage. See the cookie policy for the cookies and storage identified on this site.

Optional videos and external websites

YouTube players are blocked until you enable optional videos. Loading a video connects your browser to YouTube, which applies its own data practices. Links to publications, project resources and Substack open the relevant provider’s website when you follow them.

Privacy requests

You may ask FRESCI about your data, request access or correction, and request deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. You may also raise a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Contact FRESCI for the retention period and provider arrangements applicable to your enquiry.
