OUR WORK
 This report provides the technical details of the work performed to create the BimmoH dataset, allowing full transparency on the article selection process. It covers the methodological approach, going from data preparation to the identification of the best machine learning approaches for detecting the use of human biology-based models in biomedical research articles and indexing them, as well as the validation of the dataset. |  BimmoH is the largest dataset containing scientific article references making use of human biology-based models.
